- Shipping & Delivery
- Note shipping charges have changed since January 10th, 2013. All shipments will be trackable and we ask you to pay $20 up front on all orders. If your actual shipping cost is less than the $20 we will refund the balance to your account. Any shipping charge above the $20 will not be additionally charged and considered a discount for the customer. As a rough guide; an order which is small or only has kits will be between $10 and $15, an order which includes one car is typically $16, more than one car kit and/or many kits in one order will be $20 and over. We try to get all ordered shipped within 4 business days.
- Privacy & Security
- We work to protect the security of your information. It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to logout of your account when finished using a shared computer. Please feel free to call us with your order if you are uncomfortable placing an order online. Our contact line: 416-818-7154.
- Returns & Replacements
- In our quest to produce accurate and detailed scale replicas, moloco has quality checked all product coming from our facilities. While we take great pride in our product quality, in rare instances there may be a damaged part from manufacturing. Please allow us to first replace any product that is found to be defective from manufacture. If you are still not satisfied we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for product defects. If a part is damaged from transit or handling, it can be quickly repaired with a MEK type glue.
- Ordering
- Ordering is simple, just use the on-line shopping cart. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and request a special invoice. If you decide you don't want to pay via Paypal, please email us and we can arrange other methods of payment.
- Payment
- Payment is easy, once you have finished shopping you can check-out and you'll be automatically re-directed to a secure PayPal payment site.
